Shipping & Return Policy 

These are shipping & return terms between Industrial Tooling & Supply, Inc. (ITS) ("Seller") and the entity (customer) ("Buyer") purchasing the goods from the Seller.  Unless otherwise stated, "Buyer" will be responsible for any freight associated with the delivery of product to its destination and will be pre-paid and added to Buyers invoice.  Any additional charges or services rendered in transit or at the destination will be the responsibility of the "Buyer".  These shipping & return terms are subject to change at any time, with or without notice to the "Buyer".  

Our shipping policy is Pre-Pay and Add.  You will not see your shipping charges on the order or acknowledgment until it is shipped.  If you choose to use your own account number for shipment billing purposes, please specify the number and carrier in the "notes" field of the checkout screen.  All orders are shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm) unless otherwise noted.  Our primary shipping service is UPS ground.  The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of your products and your location.  Machinery and large shipments over 150 lbs. are subject to LTL standards. Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Process Information and Requirements

We understand our customers usually need their items very quickly and we do our very best to avoid any delays.  All cleared orders will be processed immediately.  ITS is not responsible for typographical errors.  All typographical errors are subject to correction.

Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable.  In the event of an item being on backorder, we will contact you via email or telephone with the estimated arrival time of the back ordered item.  Upon confirmation of your decision to wait for the item, we will schedule for it to ship to you automatically when it becomes available.

ITS may contact you regarding an order you have placed.  If for any reason you cannot be reached, your order will be placed on hold.  ITS does not accept any responsibility for any on hold orders.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their information has been input clearly and correctly.  We will issue you an acknowledgment upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input.  You may contact ITS from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CST

On Hold Status

On hold status: an order that cannot be processed due to an error.

An order could be placed on hold for reasons such as:

  • Credit card information cannot be verified.
  • Billing or shipping information incorrect.
  • The credit card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.

In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your correct billing and shipping information.  Please feel free to call us at 1-844-590-0931 to verify your information.   We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to verify or process.  We reserve the right to refuse any order.


Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground

Shipment and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a package is picked up by the carrier for delivery we will have no control over the package.  Therefore we cannot make any guarantees after that point.  In the case of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute to the best of our ability but will not be held responsibility or liable.


  • Next Day Air Saver – Commercial destinations: Next business day delivery by 4:30 pm where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 am
  • Next Day Air Early – Next business day delivery by 9:30 am to most cities in the U.S. 
  • 2nd Day Air – Available to the 48 contiguous states to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 12:00 noon 
  • Ground – Day specific scheduling door-to-door service, with delivery within two to five business days. 
  • Large items – Items over 150 lbs cannot be shipped via UPS.  You may still place your order online but shipping will be added once a shipping rate has been determined.

Returns & Exchanges

Unless we have erred, no merchandise will be accepted for return which is made up special, altered or which has been held for over 30 days.  We reserve the right to determine if the purchaser has abused the item in question.  If the item cannot be returned to stock a credit will not be issued. If the return is due to customer error, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on items being returned or exchanged.  Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided at the time the item is received in its original condition by the manufacturer.  Restocking fees may apply as determined by the manufacturers or circumstances.

You have 30 calendar days, from the date of delivery, to request an RMA.

To be eligible for a return:

  • A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired for every return.

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in and are subject or manufacturer’s approval upon return. (Unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.)

  • Items must be in the original packaging.
