Management

Jayme Mancill is a 2nd generation President leading I.T.S. into the future. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she studied Industrial Distribution. Since joining the company in 1998, Jayme has worked in several positions in sales and management. She has also served on various Distributor Advisory Boards in the industry and is a member of ISAs Women Industrial Supply Executives group (W.I.S.E.).
Away from the office Jayme enjoys time with her family and spends a great amount of time at the ball field. She is quick to tell you War Eagle (Auburn University) and enjoys SEC football rivalries.

Laurie has been with I.T.S. since its inception in 1983 and has served in many positions within the company. A former Jacksonville State University student, she studied Accounting and Business before joining I.T.S. Laurie works with all departments of the company to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience. She is a former member of the Cheaha Charter Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, where she served as President and was Chapter Woman of the Year in 1998.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Rhonda has been with I.T.S. since 2004 with a background in automotive part sales, purchasing, and accounting. As Division Manager, she assists the customer service team in Anniston driving sales and working with customers to provide first-rate service. Rhonda's customers say "If it exists, she will find it."
Outside of the office she spends time with her grandchildren, reading true murder stories and is actively involved with the American Cancer Society/Relay for Life.

Randy joined I.T.S. in July 2017 with 9 years of industrial sales experience and 5 years of management. As the Daphne Division Manager, Randy works with the inside and outside sales teams to provide the best customer service.

In his spare time, Randy enjoys golf, softball, and sand volleyball.

Jeff joined I.T.S. in 2005 as an outside salesman with several years of experience selling cutting tools and MROP.  In 2012, Jeff was promoted to Key Account Manger. He supports the sales team, drives cost savings, and contract compliance.

Away from work, Jeff is active in his church and loves to play golf.

Donna joined ITS in November of 2018 as a Inside Sales Rep with 10 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. She was promoted to Pelham division manager in July of 2019. She supports the inside and outside sales team in Pelham.

Outside the office she enjoys running, hiking and outdoor activities. She enjoys reading, church fellowship, and spending time with her family.

Jessica has been with ITS since 2011, with a background in manufacturing and purchasing. She joined the ITS team as Inside Sales and worked her way up to Vending and VMI Specialist for the company. Jessica works with the sales team in supporting outside sales and their customers to provide superior vending customer service. She also works with all divisions of the company to ensure that our customers have the best possible Vending and VMI experience.
