I have worked a few jobs. When I came to Industrial Tooling & Supply, Inc. it was just another job is what I thought. What changed my mind about this is the encouragement I received from my co-workers. Everyone showed how compassionate they are, and I absolutely loved this, making sure our customers are taken care of in the proper manner. Looking back on everything, this is not just a job, it is a career. I look at us being a family. So, I am so thankful for Jayme Mancill, and Laurie Bedwell for giving me this opportunity to be here.

Hello. My name is Amanda and next month I will be celebrating my 17th year with ITS. I originally came to ITS just looking for a steady job. I quickly realized not only had I found a career but also a home. Everyone at ITS has been so welcoming, friendly, and willing to bend over backwards to help. Every day here feels like a new adventure, and I know that no matter what comes my way, I will never have to face it alone. At ITS we call ourselves a team, but it really is more like family.

I came to work for ITS because I knew it to be a strong company with a long track record in the industry. The reason I have stayed with ITS and hope to finish my career here is because ITS is much more. ITS and its management have always had a focus on taking care of its customers and is committed to giving its employees what they need to do it. ITS is investing in its people to make them as successful as they can be.

I started my career in the warehouse and have had the opportunity to work my way up to my current position as Purchasing Coordinator. It is also important to me, as a father, that ITS believes in family first. They have always allowed me to take care of my family when needed. This was especially true during the Covid shutdowns when schools and daycares were closed. My wife and I both work and they allowed me the flexibility I needed to ensure my children were always looked after. ITS has an amazing future and I am grateful to have a part of it.
